Our construction company was started in 1965 and for the past 20 years has been operated by Trigg Croom.
Over the years, the company has built a solid reputation with local architects, lenders, suppliers, subcontractors and most importantly, our clients.
Our typical client is an individual or small business entity. If that is you, then ideally you want to hire a general contractor whom you can not only trust and afford but also one with whom you feel a genuine rapport. You will be working with this person to help actualize your project, thus you should feel like you are on the same team rather than going head to head. Our focus on our industry segment is what allows us to be a general contractor you can afford and ultimately trust. You will be working directly with the company owner and not an employee. We only do private sector, small to mid-size commercial projects.
We do not take on government or public sector work and we don’t do massive construction projects for huge corporations. Thus, to your benefit our overhead is low and essential resources and time are dedicated to your project.
